As an athenahealth Marketplace program partner, CareTrack integrates with the athenahealth workflow your staff already knows. Patient identification, enrollment documentation, monthly care notes, and time tracking all live in the chart: no side systems, no CSV exports, no swivel-chair work.
Providers interact with the program through batch document signing and flagged items for review; everything else is handled by the CareTrack care team under your protocols.
Every CareTrack program (CCM, RPM, PCM, APCM, AWV) runs through this integration.
